SPRING '08 RECREATIONAL OUTDOOR SEASON OPEN ONLINE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE UNTIL FEBRUARY 17TH
Please read the information below carefully. You can register online by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Cost per player is $90.00 with a $250.00 limit per immediate family.
Please make checks payable to PSA. Visa and Mastercard accepted through a secured site when registering online. Checks also accepted for payment for registration online. There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.*Children must be at least 4, but not older than 13 years of age by July 31, 2007. *If your child is new to the program, please send a photocopy of your child’s government issued birth certificate that PSA can keep. Your child will not be added to a team until PSA receives a copy of the birth certificate. *Registrations received after February 17th but before March 17th will be placed on our wait list with no guarantee of placement on a team. There is an additional $5.00 late fee charged per participant.
MAIL IN registrations - there is a $5.00 handling fee for each mail-in registration. NO registrations will be accepted after March 16th. *PSA will provide a uniform consisting of a jersey that the player will keep at the end of the season. Players are required to wear black shorts, black socks and shin guards, which can be purchased through your local sporting goods stores. Gym shoes or soccer cleats (no front toe cleat) may be worn. *For player safety, jewelry including earrings and unprotected glasses may not be worn. PSA is a volunteer run association.

REFUND POLICY: $20 is non-refundable at the time of registration. Mail-in and late fees are non-refundable and are in addition to the $20. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE FIRST GAME OF THE SEASON.**PSA will have black socks and Adidas shorts for sale at our in-person registration on January 19th at Just For Kicks and Timber Ridge Middle School and January 26th at Heritage Grove Middle School.

Please read the age information carefully. Our League is divided into the following divisions based on the age of your child on July 31, 2007:

12 or 13 years old

Children who register after February 17th are placed on a waiting list, which does not insure placement on a roster. There is an additional $5.00 late fee charged per player. The wait list will be closed on March 16th.
Equipment: PSA will provide a uniform consisting of a jersey that the player will keep at the end of the season. Black shorts and soccer socks will need to be purchased separately. PSA will have black soccer socks and Adidas shorts available for sale at our in-person registrations. Players are required to wear shin guards or the sock style shin guards. We strongly recommend the hard plastic style shin guards with the ankle protection. Shoes with a toe cleat are not allowed (cleat at the front of the shoe). Unprotected eyeglasses may not be worn. Players may either wear prescription sports goggles or sports goggles over glasses. The wearing of jewelry (e.g., earrings, rings, necklaces, watches…), hard casts and any items deemed harmful by the referees are strictly prohibited during games. Please see the rule book or website for specific details on equipment.
Tentative Schedule: The spring season is scheduled to start April 12th. The season is scheduled to end June 7th. U12 and U14 girls may be combined for teams depending on number of players registered. Every effort is made to hold games on Saturdays, but PSA reserves the right to move games to another day to accommodate conflicts. The Plainfield area is large geographically. We do our best to place players north or south but coaches typically hold practice where/when it is convenient for them. As volunteers, that is their right. The only way to have control over where and when your child practices is to volunteer and be chosen by PSA to be the head coach of a team.

Refund Policy: $20.00 is non-refundable at the time of registration. Mail-in and late fees are non-refundable and are in addition to the $20.00. No refunds will be given after the first game of the season.
***PSA cannot guarantee the placement of your child on a specific team, unless you volunteer and are chosen to be the coach.
