We meet on the second Monday of each month, unless otherwise stated. The next board meeting is scheduled for 6:30 pm on Monday,August 13th at Timber Ridge Middle School.
Softball Pitching Clinic
The PAC will be having a pitching clinic for girls 7-18 years old on Sunday August 12 on Field 6 at Four Seasons 4-6 pm).
Collegiate coach Becky Schnitz will be the instructor. The cost of the clinic is $20 per girl and payment can be made at the clinic. Checks can be made payable to Plainfield Athletic Club.

Activity Fee Refund
If you are looking to get your $50 activity fee refunded, you can now sign up to work concessions.
First log in, then click on the concessions button to goto the calendar. Pick a Saturday date & time and click on the icon of a person & Pencil. This will then place you in that spot to volunteer.
Each shift is 2 1/2 hours, you will be refunded after working the stand.
Be sure to fill out the volunteer form the day you work. The form must be filled out or your refund will not be processed.

2013 BAT RULE CHANGE
Effective January 1, 2013, all minus three (-3) bats used in PAC games must be BBCOR certified. All BBCOR approved bats shall be labeled with a silk screen or other permanent certification mark.
All other bats, must be certified as manufactured to achieve a Bat Performance Factor (BPF) of 1.15 or less. Legal bats will be stamped with "BPF 1.15" or there will be text on the barrel of the bat specifying that the bat is BPF 1.15 compliant.
Please note that this new bat rule does not apply to softball bats.
Just a reminder that the PAC will not issue helmets to teams for batting this season. Each player is responsible to provide their own helmet(NOCSAE approved). Also all girls softball players must have a cage on the front of the helmet and all boys ages 10 and under must also have a cage.
